Change your plan or card, or cancel

Manage billing on your account page opens Stripe’s secure page, where you update your card, download your invoices, change plan or cancel. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Where: app.olivegrove.app > Manage billing
Step 1: Sign in at app.olivegrove.app. (In the app, Settings > Licence > Manage subscription opens your account too.)
Step 2: Press Manage billing. Stripe’s page opens.
Step 3: Update your card, download past invoices and receipts, change your plan, or cancel.
- Card details are handled by Stripe.
- If a payment fails, you are emailed; update the card on the same page.
- Cancelling never deletes anything on your computer. When the subscription ends, Olive Grove becomes a read-only archive and every record stays readable.
