For clients
For the people you see: booking, changing a time, video sessions and privacy.
Book an appointment online
Open the booking link your practitioner gave you, choose a service and a time, and enter your name and email. You get a confirmation by email, or a note that your request was sent if the practice confirms each booking itself.
Change or cancel your appointment
Use the link in your confirmation or reminder email. It opens your appointment, where you can change the time or cancel, until the deadline the practice has set. After that, contact the practice directly.
See all your appointments
On the practice’s booking page, under Already booked?, enter the email you booked with and press Email me a link. The link opens a page with your appointments, any forms to fill in and any invoices to pay online. It works for 7 days.
Join a waitlist when no time suits you
If no time on the booking page suits you, join the practice’s waitlist. When a time opens, you get an email with a link to book it; the first person to book it gets it.
Fill in forms before your appointment
Your practitioner may email you a link to forms to fill in before your first session: questions about you, a consent form you sign by typing your name, and sometimes a short questionnaire. Your answers are sealed on your device so only your practitioner can read them.
Write to your practitioner securely
On your appointments page, use Write to and your practitioner’s name. Your message is sealed on your device so that only your practitioner can read it, in their own records.
Pay an invoice online
If your practitioner takes payments online, your invoice and its email carry a Pay online link. It opens a page with what is due, then Stripe’s secure page, where you pay by card directly to the practice.
Join a video session
Open your practitioner’s video room link in a browser on a phone or computer, allow the camera and microphone, type your name, agree to the video session and ask to join. You wait privately until you are let in.
Your information: what is kept, and who sees it
Your practitioner uses Olive Grove to keep their records on their own computer. Booking, reminders, forms and the video room pass through an online service that holds as little as possible, nothing clinical in a form it can read, and deletes it when it is no longer needed.
