Book an appointment online

   Step 1: Open the booking link from your practitioner’s website, email or profile. It starts with app.olivegrove.app/b/.

   Step 2: Under Choose a service, pick the kind of appointment. Each one says how long it lasts, whether it is online or in person, and its price if the practice shows one. Some are marked Current clients only.

   Step 3: Under Choose a time, pick a day, then a time. Only days with a free time are offered, and times are shown in the practice’s time zone, which is named beside them.

   Step 4: Under Your details, enter your full name and an email address for the confirmation and reminders. A phone number is optional. Say whether you are a current client or this is your first time.

   Step 5: If the practice has a cancellation policy, read it and tick to accept it.

   Step 6: If the practice asks for a card, the button says Continue to add a card: you then save a card on Stripe’s secure page. Nothing is charged now; the practice may charge it only under its cancellation policy. Your booking is finished once the card is saved.

   Step 7: Press Book this time, or Request this time if the practice confirms each booking.

After you book

• You are booked: the time is yours, and a confirmation is on its way by email. Press Add to my calendar to save it.
• Request sent: the practice will confirm or decline, and you are emailed either way.
• You get reminders by email 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment, each with a link to change or cancel.
