Pay an invoice online

If your practitioner takes payments online, your invoice and its email carry a Pay online link. It opens a page with what is due, then Stripe’s secure page, where you pay by card directly to the practice.
Step 1: Open the Pay online link on your invoice or in its email.
Step 2: Check the invoice number and the amount due. If the practice allows it, choose Another amount to pay part of it.
Step 3: Press Pay. Stripe’s page opens: enter your card and confirm.
Step 4: You come back to the invoice, which shows your payment. The practice sees it recorded on your invoice.
- Your card details go to Stripe only, never to Olive Grove or the practice’s computer.
- “This payment link cannot be opened” means it has expired or was replaced. Ask the practice for a new one.
- Questions about the amount or a refund go to the practice, who sets its own fees and policies.
