Write to your practitioner securely

On your appointments page, use Write to and your practitioner’s name. Your message is sealed on your device so that only your practitioner can read it, in their own records.
Step 1: Open your appointments page with the link from Already booked? on the booking page (see See all your appointments).
Step 2: Under Write to, type your message (up to 4,000 characters) and press Send securely.
- Replies come by ordinary email from the practice.
- The box appears only when the practice takes messages this way.
