Join a waitlist when no time suits you

   Step 1: On the booking page, choose a service.

   Step 2: Under the times, press Join the waitlist.

   Step 3: Enter your full name and email. A phone number is optional, and so is a note on the days and times that suit you, for example “weekday mornings”.

   Step 4: Press Join the waitlist. A confirmation is on its way by email.

When a time opens

• You get an email, A time just opened, with a link to the booking page. Book as usual; the first person to book the time gets it, so it may be gone when you look.
• You are emailed at most three times. Your place is kept 90 days.
• To leave the waitlist, open Take me off the waitlist in any of these emails. You can still book at any time.
