Clients and records

Client files, plans, couples and families, imports and exports.

    • Client files: create, edit and find clients

One file per person holds the sessions, an Overview with what needs doing, the Plan, Measures, Documents and Reports. Create a client with Ctrl+N; only the name is required.

    • Treatment plans, formulations and playbooks

Each client has a treatment plan of goals and strategies, a formulation updated from each session, and a playbook of interventions ranked for them. Each says which session it was last updated after, with Update now.

    • Move from another system: import clients, notes and recordings

Coming from another practice system? Import your client list and upcoming appointments from a CSV file, bring in past notes from Word, PDF or text files, and import recordings made elsewhere.

    • Couples and families

Connect clients as a couple or family by dragging one onto another. Joint sessions then appear in every member’s file with one shared note, and they share a relationship formulation and plan, while each keeps an individual formulation.

    • Secure messages from clients

Clients can write to you from their own appointments page. The message is sealed in their browser so only your computer can open it; Olive Grove files it in the client’s documents, marks it unread and tells you. You are emailed that a message is waiting, never what it says.

    • Export and share a record

Export a note, a transcript, a whole session or the full record as PDF or Word. For email, choose a password-protected PDF. A client review and a supervision pack with names replaced are one click away.

    • Archive, merge or delete a client

Archive a file to hide it from lists without deleting anything, merge a duplicate into the file you keep, or delete a client permanently. End care first if therapy has finished.
